Survey seems scant

I LIVE in Southbourne, and have been asking friends and neighbours whether they received the information sent out by the trust on the ‘learning village’. So far only two people have advised that they did get a copy; this means the other 15 or so did not. I am curious as to how the mailing list was chosen.

I have yet to meet anyone who thinks this project is a good idea for the children or for the village.

Surely for something that will affect so many people – village residents, primary school children, Age Concern ladies and gentlemen – there should be some sort of consultation that is issued and collected by a body other than the trust that wishes to see this project go through.
