Stirlands asked Billingshurst to bat in division three west at Birdham.
Chris May and Jon Phillmore opened the bowling and kept things tight but the first wicket didn’t fall until Leo Beal had Billy Harris (18) snared by a stunning full-length diving catch by keeper Lewis Allan.
Struan Cameron brought the next wicket as Mike Burroughs was lbw for 20.
Carleon Brome made 68 off 55 balls. Adam Downing had T Weston caught for 57 then trapped danger-man Brome (68) lbw and Richard Bown caught for 131.
Phillmore and Cameron took four further wickets as Billingshurst finished on 223 for nine from their 53 overs.
In reply, captain Sean Heather and Beal put on 57 before Beal was out.
Kiwi Lewis Allan added to his catch and two stumpings to put on 87 with Heather before he was out for 53.
Heather (109*) and Tim Robinson (38*) saw the home side home with eight overs to spare. Stirlands took 28 points and visit Bognor next.
