Bognor running group will get you in the Zone for 2015

Bognor’s Tone Zone Runners welcome new members on Tuesday, January 6, at Arun Leisure Centre at 6pm.

Tone Zone Runners were out in force in 2014

If you would like to get fitter, lose a little weight and join a friendly club, then go along. All abilities are welcome – the club will take you from couch to 10k in an easily achievable, manageable way.

They have a fully-qualified and enthusiastic coaching team who will ensure you’re not left behind. The first session will be free of charge and membership is only £40 for the year which includes a branded race vest and membership to England Athletics.
