The Oaklands Park club are running a sponsorship draw in which firms will stand a chance of having their company name on the front of their first team shirt if they enter for just £150.

Club chairman Andy Bell said: “Everyone has suffered financially during recent times and the club are in the same position.

“We have lost all sources of revenue over the last months and have been unsure of how to approach our sponsorship campaign, as would be normal this time of the year.

“Our FA Cup run has set the club on a sound financial for the immediate future as we head towards our goal of a 3G surface but all our teams rely on the generosity of the many kind sponsors we attract throughout the club each season.

“We thank all of you for your generous and continued support.

“We now have a senior section of men’s first, women’s, men’s A, under-23s and under 18s teams. Our youth section comprises under-16 and 14s girls and boys’ teams from under-16s down to sevens.

“All our teams have various sponsorship opportunities such as home and away kits, tracksuits, raincoats and warm up tops.

“More details on these will follow but the start of our sponsorship drive is as always the sponsors’ draw.”

Meanwhile City are inviting players to register interest in upcoming trials for their newly formed under-23 team.

After putting together a strong management set-up of manager Max Powell and head coach Noah Hustler, the club want to hear from players looking to take the next step in their careers.
