The Blues are hoping for a bumper crowd to cheer on the youngsters against a City team which reached the final last season.
Harris will welcome back Davies after the highly-regarded right-back sustained whiplash in a recent car accident.
Pompey’s captain, who scored twice in last month’s second round success at the expense of Bristol Rovers, returned to training on Tuesday.
And after missing last weekend’s win at Yeovil, he is available to bolster attempts to pull off a shock.
Under-18s boss Harris said: ‘Calvin is back and training fully after a car accident.
‘It had left him with whiplash and ruled him out of the last two matches as well as training.
‘By all accounts the car crash wasn’t his fault.
‘He was driving along and somebody turned across him and hit him. His car was in a very bad way.
‘It’s massive news he is now back and, all being well, he should be fine for the Manchester City game.

‘In that Bristol Rovers game he was fantastic.
‘He was the catalyst for us getting back into the match after being 2-0 down.
‘He’s a leader, all the boys want him alongside them, so we will see how he reacts in training now.
‘Fingers crossed he will be okay and ready for Tuesday.’
