Jamie Howell is looking forward to Bognor locking horns with Dulwich Hamlet in the Ryman play-offs - for the third time in six years.

They met in the Ryman one south knockouts in 2011, when Dulwich beat the Rocks in a semi-final before losing the final, then again a year later, when the Rocks beat Hamlet in the final of the same division’s play-offs.

Now they meet again on Thursday at Nyewood Lane (7.45pm) to see who will go through to the Ryman premier play-off final.

Howell praised his side for ending the regular league season with a 4-0 win over Hendon - which would have been good enough to win the title had Hampton slipped up and lost at home to Enfield.
