FONTWELL PARK’S first two-day festival was blessed with beautiful weather – and was declared a huge success.
The popular track staged back-to-back meetings in an effort to give the start of the jump racing season a new focus.
Race-goers made the most of the unseasonably warm temperatures and flocked to both days in great numbers.
As well as 14 races across the two days, staff also put on live music and a range of other off-track entertainment.
There was an appearance from our very own Chipper the dog, who came third in Saturday’s mascot race.
