Hockey players prepare for a final fling in Chichester

CHICHESTER Hockey Club host a series of cup finals this Saturday and Sunday at the college playing fields near Westgate Leisure.

The action kicks off at 10.30am on Saturday when Brighton take on Lewes in the fourth XI final, followed by the third XI final at midday between Lewes and Chichester.

At 1.30 it’s the second XI clash between Eastbourne and East Grinstead, while Lewes and Brighton meet in the under-21 final at 3pm.

Sunday’s action begins at 10.30 when Hailsham play Middleton & Bognor in the first XI plate final.

At midday Chichester and Worthing do battle in the vets’ final, then the first XI cup final is between Lewes and Chichester at 2.30pm.

Spectators are welcome.
