Goolab praises Chichester Priory 10k after breaking course and race record

Speedy Nick Goolab praised the course and the organisation of the Chichester Priory 10k after taking a second off the record for the best performance ever seen at the event.

The Belgrave Harriers ace crossed the finishing line in 29min 01sec - a second faster than the Chi 10k record set by Peter Riley in 2007 and 31 seconds quicker than the best seen on the Goodwood course, by Will Mycroft a year ago.
