Breach is now in the England under-20 squad and since July has attended three England training camps in Exeter, Nottingham and Wolverhampton. The squad are preparing for games against the Army and France in 2016.

In September Breach was part of the gold medal-winning south-east rugby sevens team at the Sainsburys School games in Manchester. Meanwhile, the under-18 European sevens championships were held in Belgium at the end of September and England were one of 12 European teams competing.

The standard of play from the other teams had improved since last year, but England beat Spain 22-10 in the final and were again crowned European champions.

Breach has support via the RFU, through the Talented Athlete Sponsorship Scheme, which provides coaching, nutrition advice, career and academic support and strength and conditioning at Surrey Sport Park in Guildford.

Recently she has been training as part of the GB development sevens squad, which has given her an insight into what is required to become an Olympian.
