Bognor RFC’s under-eights have enjoyed another terrific end to a barn-storming season.

The youngsters travelled along the coast to compete in Worthing RFC’s mini A festival – the final tournament of the rugby season.

The contest attracted 90 teams including 850 players from all over the country and proved a fitting finale to a year of great junior rugby.

The squad – coached by Darren Wheelhouse and Steve Page – were pitched against four other teams in pool three of the under-eights draw including strong local rivals Brighton and Worthing.
