THE FORECAST is not great but it’s so often wrong, so think about a visit to Fontwell if you’re a racing fan with time on your hands on Friday afternoon.

There’s plenty going on aside from the racing - read executive director Simon Williams’ look ahead to the afternoon and the rest of the track’s November fixtures here.

We’re going to start offering tips on ALL Sussex race meetings on these websites, so look out for Plumpton selections soon and, come the 2016 flat season, some Goodwood and Brighton selections.
