Chichester went behind to an early Bath header and were the second best throughout the first half.

Manager Danny Potter sent his team out in the second half with something to prove and they levelled the game through a penalty by Pagham FC’s Lloyd Rowlatt after the impressive Ifeanyi Onwuachu was brought down in the box.

Bath retook the lead mid-way through the second half with a well-taken free kick which beat Chi Uni and Littlehampton Town goalkeeper Luke Hutchings.

The visitors then capitalised on a mistake by Ed Sanders, also of Bognor, to make it 3-1.

Chichester started to take the game to Bath and were rewarded for their high press with another penalty. With one of the Bath players dismissed for his second yellow card, the penalty was converted again by Rowlatt.

Chichester equalised in the dying minutes through Onwuachu.

Potter felt a point was a fair result and said Chichester showed great character to salvage a draw.
