Handcross Primary School has officially opened their new school garden on Friday.

School ‘caretakers’ Dylan and Thomas were picked to ‘cut the ribbon’.

The garden was put together by Vanessa Simon and her team from Nymans and has a variety of plants and trees.

At the opening, headteacher Gill Pederesen thanked Vanessa and her team for all their hard work.

Mrs Powell will be running a gardening club for the children at the school.
