A further suspended two-month prison sentence for theft from Sainsbury’s was also implemented, to run consecutively. The overall sentence was therefore five months’ imprisonment. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months. Barbara and Robin Mincik, 60, of Merston, have each been given a Dog Control Order after admitting not keeping a dangerous dog under proper control.
