King Fish, a takeaway at 2 Stanmore House, London Road, Henfield West Sussex was given the maximum score after assessment on August 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Horsham's 49 takeaways with ratings, 38 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
