Foxwood Wedding Cakes in Southgate

Foxwood Wedding Cakes in Southgate has ceased operating from the shop but has said it will continue to sell cakes with a 'little more exclusive' service.

A notice in the shops window reads: "To our dear customers and friends. This February marks our two year anniversary within our beautiful city centre location.

"Having observed the trends in high street shopping we have made the difficult decision to close the retail side of our business.

"We've grown so much thanks to this wonderful opportunity and loved being a part of Chichester's vibrant community — especially through the magic of Christmas!

"The experience has taught us many things of which we are so very grateful but ultimately we've determined that we'd be much more efficient in creating our handcrafted wedding cakes from within an uninterrupted environment.

"From the 1st of February 2020 we'll be moving to a private studio making our wedding cake service a little more exclusive and by appointment only.

"You gave us such a warm welcome, we'll really miss meeting so many of you in person and thank you for your incredible support.

"Tara and John."
