Hancock and Partners re-launches lettings and estate agency in Chichester

The business will operate independently of Tod Anstee, with whom they had merged in 2016.

The newly re-launched estate agent will be operational from the historic office of Hancock and Partners at 5 Northgate, Chichester PO19 1BA as soon as government advice allows.

Hancock and Partners’ core business and philosophy has always been to provide a first class and personal service to their landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers and this will continue and be enhanced with a new senior management team.

Richard and Jennie Hancock have over 70 years’ combined experience in the Chichester property market and have accumulated an unrivalled knowledge of the local market since setting up Hancock and Partners in 1991.

Samantha Love (née Flint) is promoted to managing director having taken a key role in the Hancock and Partners business for the past 10 years.

Samantha has a thorough knowledge of the property portfolio and will manage a highly experienced lettings and property management team to provide continuity and a high standard of service.

Jonny Crow has been with Hancock and Partners for the past eight years and will be the new sales director heading up the residential sales department. Jonny has many years’ experience selling property in West Sussex.

Other key heads of department are Simone Procter, Lettings Manager; Aimee Daniell, Property Maintenance Manager and Rebecca Restall, Accounts and Administration.
