Eastbourne company builds marquees for drive-in testing in Rother

A company based in Eastbourne has been approached by the NHS to help build marquees on the grounds of a surgery in Rother to allow for drive-in Covid-19 tests.

Marquee hire company J&D Hire said they were brought in to help create a testing and clinical area within their marquees.

Joe Belton, a managing at J&D Hire, said it was a 'great pleasure helping out in these uncertain times'.

He added: "J&D Hire are offering all NHS staff, emergency services and armed forces a ten per cent discount on bookings until the 1st September 2020 in recognition of their amazing dedication throughout this difficult time.
