Bexhill plans in the pipeline

THE following planning applications have been received by Rother District Council:

Bexhill Railway Station, Sea Road - the application for listed building consent proposes the relocation of the existing ticket vending machine from the overbridge to the front of the station, the installation of a new ticket vending machine to the front of the station and the installation of four smart card (ITSO) readers on the overbridge.

• 3 Hillcrest Avenue – single storey rear extension.

• 39 Chantry Avenue – extension to existing bedroom and provision of en-suite bathroom at first floor level.

• Freezeland Farm, Freezeland Lane – conversion of barn to single dwelling, demolition of two outshots (extensions under a lean-to roof), construction of new outshot.

• 132 Cooden Drive – 1st floor extension to enlarge existing bedroom.

• 23 Pebsham Drive – proposed side dormer to increase first floor living accommodation.
