Clock stolen in burglary
A CLOCK stolen during a burglary in Broadoak Lane on Tuesday is the subject of a police appeal.
Detective Constable Roy Stephens of Rother CID said: "The burglary would have taken place some time between 11.00am and 12.00am and an offender may have been seen in the area of Broadoak Lane, Gunters lane or Woodsgate Park holding a large old-fashioned brown suitcase."
DC Stephenson is appealing for anyone who saw any suspicious activity in and around the area of Broad Oak lane on Tuesday or has any knowledge as to the whereabouts of this clock to contact him on 0845 6070999 extension 64213 quoting crime number SR1/6255/07.
