Cat rescued from Horsham roof after stuck for several hours

A cat was rescued from a house roof in Horsham yesterday (Thursday July 17) after spending several hours stranded.

Firefighters were called to Oakhill Road at around 4.40pm.

They provided help for an RSPCA officer.

The cat had been on the roof for around seven to eight hours.

It was rescued using an aerial ladder platform and left in the care of the RSPCA officer.
