Fly-tipper caught on camera in Billingshurst

An appeal for information has gone out from Horsham District Council after a man was caught on camera fly-tipping in Billingshurst.

The council says the incident happened in Wooddale Lane at 21.27pm on Monday June 15.

Anyone who saw what happened or who recognises the man is being asked to email [email protected]
