One of the woman was pushing her two-year-old daughter in her buggy, police said.

Both women had their skirts lifted up and one had her bottom exposed and touched, according to police.

Detective Sergeant Cheryl Lewendon said: "On both occasions the suspect has been described as a white man, with dark head hair and facial hair wearing scruffy clothes. The man ran off and got into a small silver hatchback possibly an older shaped Renault Clio and driven off.

"One of the victims has helped us put together an efit to try and identify the man responsible."
