Ducks spotted swimming in huge potholes on Horsham road

The local wildlife has taken to a pothole-littered road like a duck to water.

Potholes in Sedgwick Lane, Horsham, have got so deep that ducks have been seen swimming along the water-filled holes.

Clare Skelton spotted the bizarre sight and sent the photograph above to the County Times.

She said: “Many drivers have had tyres wrecked by the deep flooded potholes in Sedgwick Lane. These potholes are now so bad there have been ducks seen swimming down them.

“Is the council going to wait for a serious accident before they carry out repairs?”
