‘Excellent’ Littlehampton centre placed in top five
A LITTLEHAMPTON community service is one of the first in the country to be labelled as “excellent” as part of a national assessment programme.
The NEW Learning Shop, in High Street, is only the fifth adult learning organisation in the UK to have achieved the prestigious MATRIX accreditation for the quality of the services the centre provides.
The award evaluates the delivery of information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work and looks at four key areas – leadership and management, resources, service delivery, and continuous quality improvement.
