Fire in Durrington shop
FIREFIGHTERS were able to prevent a fire spreading to flats after a blaze broke out at ABC Appliances in Strand Parade, Maybridge.
Worthing's crew were called out at 6.50pm last night (Monday, November 30) and quickly isolated the electrical fire to prevent flames from spreading to flats in the three-storeys above the shop.
The fire is believed to be accidental.
