Georgie wins top honours at Olympia
Steyning show jumper Georgie Strutton is looking ahead to a bright future this season. She ended 2005 on a prestigious note when she took the Young Show Jumper fo the Year titled at the Olympia Horse Show in London.
Georgie (19) has qualified for the event with seven-year-old mare, Little Lefanie, owned by Old Lodge Stud.Their outstanding performance earned Georgie the most prestigious victory her her show jumping career.
Little Lefanie, a daughter of Indoctro, has been with Georgie since May. She won the seven-year-old breeding championships at Addington and also won the title Best British Bred. The mare, who is only 15.2hh narrowly missed out on the Foxhunter Final at Wembley.
