The applications in full are as follows:

Arundel: application for certificate of lawfulness for existing use of the property as a holiday let, Brooklands Cottage, Priory Lane.

Removal of stables and stores and erection of three single-storey guest lodges, double garage with workshop, with associated parking and site works, Priory Cottage, 60 Priory Lane, Tortington (this application is a departure from the development plan; re-submission, following application AB/107/11).

East Preston: single-storey side extension (utility room) at rear of garage, 2 South View.

Construct room in roof, with hip to gable and front and rear dormers, 26 Vermont Way.

Rustington: single-storey rear extension, Dominic House, Harsfold Road.

Rear extension and alterations, 54 North Lane.

Yapton: loft conversion, adaptations and alterations, Springfield, Church Lane.
