The afternoon sessions begin with Matt Stevens teaching Jiu-Jitsu, Bexhill Judo, then Karate with Ian Hollidge.

The day course will cost 10 pre-booked, or 15 on the day, for the whole day, with each session lasting 55 minutes - how many sessions is up to the individual.

Organiser Jason Meek said: "It's about bringing all these different martial arts and people together. We hope people from other clubs and areas will come along and try out different martial arts. It is also an opportunity for members of the public who don't already do it to come along and have a look.

"Anyone who is thinking of starting a martial art can come and watch, find out more and have a go."
