Merlin the panto comes to Lancing

A NEW pantomime will be performed by the Lancing Repertory Players next week.

Merlin and the Magic Egg, written by Anthony Stephens, tells the story of magician Merlin who hides a magic egg containing all the secrets of his power.

The dastardly Zanderblitz is trying to find the egg so he can use it to his advantage but Merlin sends poor but good Alun to beat him to the prize.

Will Alun reach his goal in time and will he win the hand of the beautiful Princess Rebecca?

Produced and directed by Denise Fawke Merlin and the Magic Egg will be performed at Lancing Parish Hall, in South Street, Lancing, from Thursday, December 10, to Saturday, December 12.

Performances start at 7.30pm with a 4pm Saturday matinee.
