A major worry
Regarding the soil recycling plans for a site in Bersted, the worry is this will result in further workings on site of an industrial nature.
HGVs entering and leaving the site will need to travel through a retail car park when families are visiting the garden centre and Tropikoi Fish outlet.
The site is totally unsuitable for a residential area and the noise level and dust generated – especially if a crusher is used – will be intolerable.
If this planning application is granted then it will set a precedent and lead to more applications after the two-year period.
