The Club’s charity fancy dress tennis competition raised funds from entry fees and voluntary donations from members.

The theme was super-heroes, and players overcame handicaps from body armour and face masks to play some competitive tennis. Robert Timms (insert) won best outfit as Mr Incredible.

Hugh Lowson, Chief Executive of Chestnut Tree House, said: “We are very grateful for this wonderful donation which will make a real difference to the children and families we care for. Thank you from all of us at Chestnut Tree House.”
