Have your say on service changes

I would like to inform Horsham patients who suffer with musculoskeletal conditions that the Clinical Commissioning Groups for the North of West Sussex (Crawley, Horsham and Mid Sussex) are wanting to hear your views and opinions on proposed changes to musculoskeletal services of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, Persistent Pain, and Physiotherapy.

If you experience pain, joint stiffness, sports injuries and would like to have a say on what works well, what could be done better, and what would you change, then there are some discussion groups taking place.

The venue for the Horsham event is the Millennium Hall, Crawley Road, Roffey, on Thursday January 24, 2-4pm.

There are other events in East Grinstead on Thursday January 17, 11am-1pm, Haywards Heath January 22, 2-4pm, and Crawley on February 6, 12-2pm.
