I was intimidated by an aggressive man on my permitted exercise

I wonder which part of social distancing some members of the general public do not understand.

Whilst walking for my daily exercise in local gardens, keeping two metres apart from other walkers, I was questioned very aggressively by a “gentleman” as to why I had enquired as to which way he intended to walk, when I explained politely my reasons I was told to “ shut up and not be so rude”.

As I am elderly I felt very intimidated and upset.

I doubt the person in question will read this letter as obviously he does not read the papers or watch the national news, people like him are making more work for the NHS and costing people their lives.
