LETTER: West Street work is waste of money

How can Horsham District Council deputy leader Helena Croft justify the rejuvenation of Horsham’s West Street costing (in excess of) £500,000.

With all the upheaval and losing the October fair for the children’s half-term holiday, it is a waste.

All that was needed was decent drainage. After all, all we are going to do is walk on it. I can’t see it bringing any ambiance to West Street.

How much of our money is Horsham District Council going to waste?
