Situation could cause accident

As I travel down the Link Road to Bexhill, I am puzzled by the lighting and traffic lights at the Link Road/King Offa Way junction.

The filter traffic light on the left is obscured by a street light standing directly in front of it. This could easily cause an accident.

How is it that this wasn’t noticed when the link road was under construction?

Perhaps, when the persons concerned have the time, either the street light or the filter traffic light could be moved to address this potentially dangerous situation.
