SKATZ! picked for gala evening

Farlington School’s SKATZ! Choir is highly delighted and honoured to have been chosen as part of the amazing line-up of musicians performing in a one-off Gala Evening on behalf of Horsham’s Music Circle at the Drill Hall on Friday 13th June.

Several of the girls from SKATZ! Choir - a three-part contemporary pupil choir for Years 9 to 13 - have been privileged to see the astonishingly accomplished Harry the Piano performing with the equally amazing saxophonist Simon Bates, and cannot believe they are going to be on the same platform as Britain’s leading jazz ensemble.

Add to this heady mix Gary Williams, starring as Sinatra in the West End Rat Pack show, together with four wonderful classical concert artists, and it comes as no surprise that the members of SKATZ! Choir are feeling excited and nervous in equal measure.
