To help a physiotherapist is holding a Pilates class to raise money for Easeboune Primary School.

Becky Potts, co-founder and director of Perfect Motion Physio, said: “Our local Primary School has been hit hard by COVID-19.

“Their usual fundraising efforts have not been able to take place for the past year and they are in desperate need of funds to help with the running of the school. In order to help support our local children with their learning and development.”

The Perfect Motion Physio Pilates class will be 45 minutes and will take place at 9am on Easter Monday. The class will be held via Zoom.

Easebourne Primary PTFA usually runs events throughout the year that raise fund for a wide range of items, in the past this has included a new play area and equipment in the forest school, instruments, books and the rental of a second minibus.

Becky said: “Everyone can do the class. You just need to be able to get on and off the floor. It is suitable for beginners with options to progress exercises to intermediate level if wanted, with no equipment required.”

Suggested donation is £5 per household (or what you can afford) and for £1 extra your name will go into a hat to win a free months subscription to PMP Pilates on Demand (value £18) and a free PMP Pilates PASS (value £54) is also available.

Becky is a physiotherapist and runs Perfect Motion Physio with her husband Bill. They both teach physio-pilates classes. They have live classes six days a week, with some in person classes and also offer PMP on demand a pilates subscription video library with other classes and educational sessions.
