Pett WI: Don’t forget Pett WI’s meeting today (Friday March 20) at Pett Village Hall, starting at 2:30pm. The meeting will feature defibrillator training from Rother Responders and visitors are welcome.

Pett Nats: Don’t forget the first meeting of 2015 of Pett Level Naturalists Society this evening at Pett Village Hall, starting at 7:30pm. The speaker will be Richard Tompson from Mallydams.

Church Jumble Sale: Also don’t forget the Jumble Sale at Pett Village Hall on Saturday March 21. The event itself runs from 1-3pm but the hall will be open from 10am to take contributions.

Pett Level Preservation Trust: And if that wasn’t enough for one weekend, please don’t forget the walk to look at the military archeology of Toot Rock, also on Saturday March 21, starting at 10am at the white Toot Rock stone (TQ894138).

Church Services: Sunday March 22, Holy Communion, St Mary and St Peter at 9:30am. Sunday Service at the Methodist Chapel at 10:45am.

Village Choir: On Monday March 23 the Village Choir will meet at Pett Methodist Chapel at 7:30pm.

Pett Older People’s Project: On Tuesday March 24 POPP will feature Tai Chi with Annie Cryer as well as games and cards. The session runs from 10:30am to 2:30pm and includes a two-course lunch for just £5.

Mobile Library: Also on Tuesday March 24 the library will stop outside Pett Church from 12:05 to 12:35pm. The Mobile Library has books for adults and children, DVD’s, audios books and reference materials. It also has a wheelchair lift so that everyone can use it and will deliver some services for people with disabilities. For more information, please phone: 0345 60 80 196.
