FOUR houses could be built on the site of just one at East Preston if the plans are approved by Arun District Council.

The proposed development is among the latest list of plans submitted to Arun in the Gazette area, including:

LITTLEHAMPTON: dropped kerb and vehicular access, 34 Wick Street.
