PLANNING: Four semis may replace one East Preston house

FOUR houses could be built on the site of just one at East Preston if the plans are approved by Arun District Council.

The proposed development is among the latest list of plans submitted to Arun in the Gazette area, including:

ANGMERING: conversion of garage to dining area and store, 5 Mill Road Avenue.

Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of two four-bedroom detached houses with garages, Merrivale, Station Road.

Single-storey extension to side, DoveDale, West Drive.

EAST PRESTON: demolish one house and construct four new houses (two pairs of semi-detached houses), 60 Sea Lane (re-submission of EP/111/12/).

Ground and first floor extensions (garage, bedroom and kitchen/dining) and enlarged porch, Little Sussex, 28 The Ridings.

LITTLEHAMPTON: dropped kerb and vehicular access, 34 Wick Street.

Light industrial development, Fort Road Garage, Fort Road East, Wick.

Install electronic communications apparatus/development ancillary to radio equipment housing, on behalf of EE, Kingmere, South Terrace.

WALBERTON: construction of new porch on the western elevation (this application affects the character and appearance of Walberton Village conservation area), Lodge Cottage, The Street.
