PLANNING: Surgery’s conversion is planned

A FORMER doctors’ surgery in Ash Lane, Rustington, could be converted to a private house if plans are approved by Arun District Council.

The proposal is in the latest list of planning applications in the Gazette area submitted to Arun, including:

ANGMERING: listed building consent application to replace 30 per cent of roof tiles with second-hand, hand-made clay tiles, St Nicholas, Church Road.

ARUNDEL: single-storey rear garden room and convert garage, 12 Priory Road.

LITTLEHAMPTON: demolish dairy depot and build eight homes and ancillary works (re-submission following LU/298/13 – this application may affect the character and appearance of the Littlehampton (East Street) conservation area), Old Dairy, rear of 3/5 Church Street.

Change use of second-floor office (ancillary to ground- floor retail use) to solicitors’ office, 9/11 Beach Road.

Conservatory, 1 Fairway.

RUSTINGTON: change use from former doctors’ surgery to private house, including rear window changed to French doors, 26 Ash Lane.

Single-storey rear extension, 79 Sea Avenue.
