Police appeal for witnesses to burglary
SUSSEX Police are appealing for witnesses to a break-in and burglary in which property and jewellery worth thousands of pounds were stolen.
The intruder broke into the house in Broad View, near Glenleigh Park, Bexhill, sometime between 6pm on 24 June and noon on 25 June, gaining entry via a window at the rear of the property.
The thief escaped with an extensive hoard.
Jewellery, cash, three laptops, a digital camera, a Wii console and Wii fit board and games were stolen, along with a Mp3 player and mobile phone.
