Rye art students excel
Fifty nine Rye College dance, drama and music students in year 9 passed their Bronze Arts Award this month.
For this national qualification students had to participate in a range of arts activities to demonstrate skills of performance, reviewing, teaching and research.
The moderator praised the students’ portfolios as excellent evidence of their engagement with a range of high quality arts experiences and the way the students spoke with such enthusiasm about the opportunities available to them at Rye College.
Teacher Sarah Wall commented: “Congratulations to all these students.”
