The Marsh Warblers: a West Gallery Quire, perform at Sandhurst Baptist Church on September 10. The theme is England expects, Nelson, his Navy and the Battle of Trafalgar. The event starts at 6pm with a retiring collection and all money raised going to support the work of Starfish Malawi, which is making a world of difference.

Church: Services, at the Baptist Church on September 4, take place at 10.30am, with an evening meeting at 7pm.

Concert: The Richard Beattie-Davis 8th Annual Memorial Recital, for the Hospice in the Weald, takes place on Wednesday September 14 at 3pm at a house in Church Lane. Richard Binns will once again be thrilling the many with his pianistic offerings from the Grand Masters.

Tickets are by donation (minimum £15). Reservations in advance. More information from Gillian Davis on 01580 850384.
