SNOW UPDATE: Handful of schools still open
Only four schools in the Gazette area have remained open following this morning’s snowfall.
West Sussex County Council’s updated list of school closures showed that only Georgian Gardens Primary, Rustington, St Margaret’s CofE Primary, Angmering, St Catherine’s Catholic Primary, in Littlehampton, and White Meadows Primary, in Wick are still open.
Yapton CofE Primary was due to close at lunchtime and River Beach Primary, Littlehampton, St Wilfrid’s Catholic Primary, Angmering and St Mary’s CofE, Climping, were among the latest schools added to the lengthy list of closures.
