Storrington man charged with harassing neighbours
A man has been charged with harassment of his neighbours in Storrington, according to Sussex Police.
Rex Northover, 67, retired, of Sanctuary Lane, Storrington has been charged with harassment without violence.
He will appear at Worthing Magistrates Court on July 15.
