DRESSED as ghosts, goblins and other spooky creatures, the guests at a Durrington couple's wedding will look anything but conventional.

But that is exactly what Andrew Varga, 41, and his future bride, Christine Stanbridge, 23, want.

The couple, of Shelby Road, will exchange vows at Worthing Register Office, Centenary House, Littlehampton Road, on October 31 '“ Hallowe'en day.

Guests have been told to wear fancy dress if possible and Andrew himself will be wearing a beast costume, modelled on the character from the animated film Beauty and the Beast.

Andrew said: "We wanted to do it because it's different. All weddings are the same, all bells and whistles and posh stuff.

"I've been married and done all that before, so I wanted to have fun this time. It's Christine's first marriage, but she's all for it, too."
