This week’s planning applications for Arun

A PLANNING application to carry out landscaping in East Preston is among those submitted this week to Arun District Council.

The application is for the approval of details reserved by conditions three, four, six, seven and eight, relating to drainage, landscaping, materials and screening at Waters Edge, Seafield Road.

Other applications include:

Angmering: An application to shorten a branch by two metres to a monterey pine and remove lower overhanging branches to one horse chestnut tree, within the Angmering conservation area, at Pigeon House in the High Street.

Arundel: Re-coppice one bay, dismantle and fell one Norway spruce and prune one pear, and overall crown reduction of 30 per cent within the Arundel conservation area at 59 High Street.

Felpham: Pollard back to main trunk and remove sucker growth from five lime trees within the Felpham conservation area at St Mary The Virgin Church, Felpham Road.

Walberton: Application for approval of details reserved by conditions three (materials), four (surface and foul water drainage), five (surface water drainage), six (pedestrian facilities), seven (wheel cleaning facility), nine (vehicular access), 12 (acoustic fencing), 13 (landscaping) and 15 (existing trees to be retained) following a grant of planning approval at the Hollytree, in The Street.
