Three people injured in Climping crash

THREE people were taken to hospital over the weekend after a two-car crash in Climping.

Emergency services were called to the A259 in Climping, on Saturday (January 11) short before 6.15pm.

Fire crews from Littlehampton and two from Worthing, including the town’s heavy rescue tender team, attended the scene.

Firefighters helped one person out of one of the damaged vehicles with two other people having already been freed from the other car involved.

All three people were transported to hospital by ambulance.
